  Best menudo I've had in the valley yet! Go there at least once a week for birria, menudo or a chicharrón burrito!

  Definitely worth checking out Bierrieria Mexico. I don't know much about goat, but I was game to try. The server/cashier lady steered me towards #4. I came to her with my truth of not knowing at all what to get (even though I had read a bunch of reviews here first). Birrieria Dorado, my dish, is the meat removed from the soup, then fried on the grill. Then, it's delivered with sides: fresh handmade tortillas; onions, cilantro and lime; and a cup of the aforementioned broth of the soup.
  
  The flavor is rich without being too strong. I almost resembles lamb, with a kind of brisket-y consistency. Some fat, but not a lot. The only thing that I must warn you about is that there are occasional bone bits within the meat. Pay attention, don't  eat too quickly, and you'll be fine. It's a little jarring - but if you're up for the challenge of trying other foods, you'll be fine with this caveat. The Birrieria Dorado dish is pretty big - getting rice and beans to accompany it would be too much. However, if you share this dish, then adding it would make sense.
  
  Cash Only, yes, as others have said. The lady today absolutely spoke perfect English as well as español, so I cannot address what some reviews had some said about Spanish Only. Avoid the weekends, or get ready for a line, is something else the lady told me today. Oh, and after I drained my water, I was offered a taste of one of their handmade drinks: Pina. Pineapple juice with a bit of sweetener was dee-lish. I would order that next time.
  
  Good chips and salsa, too, while you wait. Don't be spooked by the big heavy door that makes you wonder if they're open. They are !

  This is a really popular place because of the birria but I buy a taco if birria dorada and while I was eating appears a head hair in my taco they should have more careful.

  Worst service ever ..Went to eat with best friend looking forward to try their birria, Came in no place to sit waited for a couple of minutes ,only one waitress for all tables we noticed she was overwhelmed and mad at the situation .She wiped our table we noticed a really bad smell that the rag had left behind friend told her if she can plz wipe the table her response I all ready did ! She was told that she wiped with a dirty smelly rag , went to kitchen and came out with clean rag .First of all first time at this place she never brought the menus got mad cuz we were not ready we're asking what kind of birria there was, With an attitude let's us know that because we're not ready she was leaving cuz she had other orders she needed to take out ..At this time friend a bit upset at the situation calls the owner to the table to let him know that the waitress very rude , he did not apologize but did bring the menus ..She only took my order but did not take my friends order or her sons she had to get up and order ...Again complain at owner , The worst part the owner never talked to waitress and she kept going on that it was my friend that had a mad face.. Witch was totally false ...I turned and one customer stated she's mad talking about the waitress , First of all we go out spend our money and get treated the way we got treated by owner and waitress.. Will definitely won't go back to this place !!!!

  Dont waste your time going there! Ladies there are SUPER RUDE & dont have any type of Customer Service!!
  IF I could give them NO STARS best Believe I Would!!!!
